DRUGGS Ghana is a passion-driven non-profit organisation dedicated to transforming healthcare access and drug use practices across Ghana, with a focus on underserved communities. We are driven by the fundamental belief that every individual, regardless of location or circumstance, deserves access to safe, effective, and affordable medicines. Alongside this commitment, we strive to promote the responsible use of drugs and protect individuals and communities from the dangers of misuse. Our work focuses on underserved and vulnerable communities, particularly in rural areas where the burden of limited drug availability and misinformation is greatest. By partnering with healthcare providers, policymakers, community leaders, and international health bodies, DRUGGS Ghana strives to close the gap between global health standards and local realities. As a young, dynamic team of pharmaceutical and public health professionals, researchers, and activists, we are dedicated to evidence-based interventions that align with World Health Organization guidelines. Our approach emphasises sustainability, transparency, and the empowerment of communities to take ownership of their health decisions.
